1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 774pup platform, including the website located at https://774pup.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, game services, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features or content provided by 774pup ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating a 774pup account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game or promotion offered through 774pup, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 774pup Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion terms that may apply.

These Terms apply to all users of the 774pup Platform regardless of the device used to access it — desktop, mobile browser, or any other method. 774pup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a 774pup account, you must:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. 774pup may request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 774pup Platform. If duplicate accounts are discovered, 774pup reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 774pup account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 774pup will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account;
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication for additional account protection;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 774pup support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspected security breach;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

774pup is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorized party as a result of your negligence — remains your responsibility until 774pup has been notified and has taken action to secure the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

774pup supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier, as published in the 774pup cashier.

All funds deposited into your 774pup wallet must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 774pup reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 774pup promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;

• Attempting to defraud 774pup or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to disguise your location or identity;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your account;
• Engaging in reverse engineering, hacking, or any unauthorized attempt to access or modify the Platform's code or data;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information to 774pup at any stage of registration, verification, or support interactions.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 774pup shall not be liable for:

11. Account Suspension & Closure

774pup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 774pup reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and accumulated loyalty points. Where account closure is initiated by the player (voluntary closure or self-exclusion) and no breach of Terms exists, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard due diligence.

12. Dispute Resolution

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
