Our Story & Mission
About 774pup — Built by Filipinos,
Made for Filipino Players
From a small team in Manila with a big idea, 774pup grew into one of the Philippines' most trusted online casino and sports betting platforms. Here's who we are, what we stand for, and why we do it.
Where It All Started
Our Story
774pup was founded in 2022 by a group of Filipino gaming enthusiasts and tech professionals who kept running into the same problem: every online casino available to Philippine players felt like it was built for someone else. Western-focused interfaces, dollar-denominated promotions, payment methods that didn't work locally, and customer support that couldn't speak Tagalog. The experience was frustrating — and it didn't have to be.
The founding team — spread across Manila, Cebu, and Davao — spent nearly two years building a platform from scratch with one clear goal: create the online casino that Filipino players actually deserve. GCash and Maya as first-class payment methods, not afterthoughts. Promotions tied to PBA season openers and local holidays like Fiesta and Pasko. Live dealer tables with dealers who speak Filipino. A mobile-first interface designed for the way Pinoys actually use their phones.
774pup launched in 2024 and quickly found its footing with players who had been waiting for exactly this kind of platform. Today, 774pup serves hundreds of thousands of registered members across the Philippines, from Luzon to Mindanao, with a game library that covers every corner of casino gaming: live baccarat and roulette, video slots, bingo, arcade originals, and a full sports betting section that includes PBA, NBA, UFC, and local sabong streams.

What Drives Us
Mission & Core Values
Everything at 774pup traces back to a simple belief: Filipino players deserve an online casino experience built specifically for them, not adapted from one built for someone else.
Filipino First
Every product decision at 774pup starts with one question: does this work for Filipino players? From peso-denominated wallets and GCash payouts to support agents who speak both Tagalog and English — being genuinely local is our baseline, not a feature we added later.
Trust & Transparency
774pup operates in the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming market. Our games run on certified RNG technology from licensed providers. Bonus terms are written in plain language, not buried in fine print. We want players to feel confident, not confused, when they're on our platform.
Speed & Reliability
Nobody likes waiting for their winnings. 774pup processes GCash and Maya withdrawals in under 10 minutes during standard hours. The platform maintains 99.9% uptime so that peak traffic during PBA finals or major boxing nights doesn't knock the site down when it matters most.
Responsible Gaming
Fun should never come at the cost of someone's wellbeing. 774pup invests heavily in responsible gaming tools: deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion, and trained support staff who know how to handle a player who needs a break. Gambling at 774pup is strictly 21+ only.
World-Class Games
774pup partners with the same game studios used by the biggest casinos in Macau and Las Vegas: Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Red Tiger, and Habanero. But we also develop exclusive arcade originals — like Fortune Snake and Bird Catcher — built entirely for the Filipino gaming appetite.
Community-Driven
774pup listens. Player feedback shapes every major product update — from new game categories to bonus structures. Our community of players from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and across the archipelago actively helps make 774pup better. That's not marketing language; it's how the platform actually works.
The 774pup Difference
Why Players Choose Us Over the Others
There are dozens of online casinos accepting Philippine players. Most of them were built for European or Asian markets and localized as a second step. At 774pup, localization was the first step — and that difference shows up everywhere you look.
Our cashier supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits, and USDT — so every Filipino player, whether they're in a Makati condo or a Davao province with limited banking access, can fund their 774pup wallet. Minimum deposit is just ₱100. Withdrawals hit your GCash in under 10 minutes, not two to five business days.
Our promotions follow the Philippine sports calendar. When it's PBA season, 774pup runs basketball-themed reload bonuses. During major UFC cards featuring Filipino fighters, we boost sports betting odds. We celebrate Sinulog in Cebu, Kadayawan in Davao, and the Christmas season the way Filipinos actually celebrate it — with extra cashback and surprise jackpot multipliers. These aren't random perks; they reflect the fact that 774pup is genuinely part of the Philippine gaming community.
One platform, everything: 774pup players never need to switch between separate sites for casino games, sports betting, and arcade games. It's all in one account, one wallet, one login.
No App Download Required
774pup runs fully in your mobile browser. No APK sideloading, no app store approval delays. Just open Chrome or Safari and play.
RNG-Certified Fair Games
Every slot and table game at 774pup uses independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game RTPs and payout percentages are audited by third-party labs.
Exclusive Arcade Originals
Fortune Snake and Bird Catcher are 774pup exclusives — fast-paced, real-money arcade games you won't find anywhere else. Developed specifically for Filipino players' gaming preferences.
24/7 Tagalog & English Support
Real humans, not bots. Our support team speaks both Filipino and English and is available around the clock via live chat and email. Average response time under 2 minutes.
The People Behind the Platform
Our Team
774pup is run by a diverse team of Filipino and international professionals across product, engineering, operations, and player experience.
Engineering & Product
Our development team is based across Manila and Cebu, building and maintaining the 774pup platform 365 days a year. Every system update, new game integration, and payment method addition goes through rigorous QA before reaching players. The team obsesses over page load speed and uptime because we know players in provinces rely on mobile data connections.
Player Experience
The 774pup support team works in rotating shifts to cover 24 hours, 7 days a week. Team members are trained in game mechanics, payment processing, bonus terms, and responsible gaming protocols. When a player in Quezon City has a withdrawal question at 3am, someone at 774pup is awake and ready to help — in Filipino or English.
Operations & Compliance
774pup's operations team manages game provider relationships, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Ensuring that the platform operates within PAGCOR-regulated guidelines is a daily responsibility — not an annual checkbox. KYC and AML processes are handled with both thoroughness and respect for player privacy.
Across all departments, the 774pup team shares one commitment: building the best possible online gaming experience for Filipino players. That's the culture here — not just a mission statement on the wall.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At 774pup, responsible gaming isn't a policy document — it's part of how the platform was designed from the start.
The Philippines has a passionate gaming culture — sabong, jueteng, casino visits, sports betting — gambling is woven into Filipino social life. At 774pup, we respect that culture while acknowledging that for some people, gambling can become harmful. That's why we've built a suite of responsible gaming tools that any member can activate directly from their account settings: daily deposit limits, weekly spend caps, session duration alerts, a 30-day cool-off period, and permanent self-exclusion for players who need a complete break.
Access to 774pup is restricted to players 21 years of age and older, consistent with PAGCOR regulations on online gambling in the Philippines. Age verification is enforced during registration and KYC. If you're ever concerned about your gaming habits or someone else's, our support team is trained to help — no judgment, no pressure. We'd rather help you set a limit than see you regret a session.
